Wallets are digital accounts for advertisers to manage advertising spend on our platform. Advertisers can add funds into accounts, which are then allocated to pay for campaigns running on the platform. 

Benefits:

  • Budget control: Set campaign-specific budgets to gain control over advertising expenses.

  • Flexible spending: Allocate wallet funds to different campaigns based on your preferences.

  • Near real-time monitoring: Monitor wallet spending for quick top-ups or campaign optimization. (Final reconciled spend data may take up to 48 hours to reflect)

  • Easy campaign management: Track and control spending conveniently, ensuring campaigns are funded and executed efficiently.

How do they work?

Wallet set up and management is exclusively handled by our team. 

Wallet set up: 

  1. To create a wallet or top it up, please contact our team. 

  2. The following details are required: Wallet Name, Amount, Payment Mode, Start Date & End Date. 


Wallet management:

For optimal wallet management, we provide flexibility to choose your preferred approach from the following options:

  • Single wallet maintenance:

    • Maintain a single wallet for all campaigns.

  • New wallet creation for each campaign:

    • Create a new wallet for each new campaign.

  • Distinct wallets for various campaign types:

    • Assign separate wallets for different campaign types.

In each scenario, ensure to top up the wallet as necessary to guarantee smooth campaign operations.

Wallet Validity:

  • All wallets have a specified start date and end date (optional), customizable by informing our team.


Wallet Balance:

Wallet balance can be viewed under 'My Profile’. Click on a specific account to view its associated wallet balance.

  • If advertisers are on managed serve - our team is responsible for informing them when their wallet has insufficient funds.

Can I set up a wallet with incomplete details?

No, setting up a wallet with incomplete details is not possible.

The following details are required: Wallet Name, Amount, Payment Mode, Start Date, and End Date.

Is there anything to keep in mind about my wallet?

Funds in a wallet can deplete faster or slower than anticipated. We recommend regularly tracking your wallet balance to ensure sufficient funds are available. Campaigns with insufficient funds in their associated wallet will not be operational. In case of an insufficient wallet balance, advertisers should reach out to our team promptly for assistance.

What happens if my wallet reaches its end date and I have budget remaining?

Once a wallet reaches its end date, all associated ad campaigns will cease to run.

If advertisers have remaining budget in their wallet, they can reach out to our team to discuss possible utilization options.

Below are a few recommendations:

  • For wallets with the payment mode set to "Pay as consumed," the balance can be left as is.

  • For wallets with the payment mode set to "Purchase Order," the balance can be manually transferred to a new wallet. Choose the payment mode as "credit note."

  • For wallets with the payment mode set to "Credit Note," the budget is not usable or transferable.

How will I be billed for my campaign spend through my wallet?

Billing will occur for your actual campaign spend at the end of each month. You will not be billed based on your wallet balance unless you have opted for the advance 'Credit Note' payment option.

How can I view my wallet consumption at the end of the month?

There are two possible ways to view your wallet consumption:

1. Wallet Overview: Accessible via the 'Home' tab

  • Select your 'Wallet’ in the 'Filters' section

  • Scroll down to see a breakdown of all accounts, campaigns, products, subcategories, and keywords that consumed budget from that associated wallet during a specific duration. 

  • Look for the 'Total Ad Spend' column to track your expenditure.

2. Wallet Report: Accessible via the 'Reports' tab

  • In the filters section, select your wallet, duration, and other relevant dimensions as needed

  • In the metrics section, choose 'Total Ad Spend' and other relevant metrics as needed

  • Click on 'Run' to generate and download your report, providing comprehensive insights into your wallet consumption.

Can I view my wallet consumption in any currency?

No, wallet consumption is available in the local currency for each country, ensuring accurate tracking of spending based on the region where your campaign is active.


Is it possible to create wallet reports for all countries simultaneously?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to create wallet reports for all countries simultaneously. Each wallet report must be individually manually created and downloaded per country.


Who has access to edit wallets?

Only a select few individuals within internal teams should have access to edit wallets. We recommend limiting access to no more than two individuals for ease of maintaining records and tracking disputes regarding wallets.
