Wallets

Wallets are required on our platform to seamlessly manage campaign spends. Advertisers can request to add funds to their wallet(s) that are then associated to 1 or many campaigns created on the platform. 

An account on our platform can have 1 or many wallets associated with it. Respective admin will have to create an account first and only then proceed to create wallet(s) for that account. By default, all wallets transact in local currency. To create the accounts please follow the instructions from the User and Account Setup guide here. (TBD)

If you have Admin rights and you want to manage wallets, you will see a section on the left menu called Users & Accounts. Make sure the right country is selected on the top left corner.

You will see 3 tabs on this page - Users, Accounts & Wallets. ( image 1)


Please also note the flags near your Wallet Name. They tell you the status of your wallet. (image 2)

Wallet has been deactivated and all campaigns associated with it have stopped serving
