Reports
Upon logging in, navigate to the Reports section on the left-side menu. This is where you can view all reports generated within the account/accounts.
As you scroll down, you'll find the reports generated by all the users that have access to the accounts. The listing is split by asset type either Product Ads or Display Ads. ( refer to image 1 )
In the Search box, you can filter the desired report by typing its name and refine the results further.
You will see the reports listed by:
Name & Description - the name you gave to the report
Report Duration - start and end date of the actual report
Created by - the name of the user who created this report
Created Date - the date when this report was created
Status - status of your report: Available, Pending, Archived, Failed
Available | The report is ready for Download |
Pending | The report is loading. The download button is not yet present. |
Archived | The report is over 120 days old and requires re-running to enable downloading. To do so, click on Run Again. |
Failed | Download was unsuccessful |
Actions - Download, Remove or New! Preview, and Clone
