End of Month finance report

At the end of each month, an internal team member should generate an ‘End of Month’ finance report.

What is the End of Month finance report?

It provides a breakdown of the total expenses incurred for campaigns associated to individual accounts.

When should it be generated?

To ensure all billing events are accounted for, billing reports for programmatic campaign ad spends should be generated on the 3rd day of the following month. This allows for a 48-hour delay in event processing, ensuring that all relevant billing events (based on Perseus events) are included accurately.

What does it include?

Details of every campaign that ran during the month, covering both fixed and programmatic campaigns. As each line represents one campaign, the report can consist of  100+ lines each month.
