Campaign Listing Page
To access the Campaign Listing page, navigate to the left-side menu and select Campaigns.
Upon clicking, you will be directed to the image 1. Please make sure that you have selected the right country from the dropdown in the top left corner.
On this page, you can filter campaigns based on:
1. Asset Type (Sub-category, Search, Banner with click, or Banner without click)
2. Campaign Status (Draft, Active, Paused, Ended, Pending for Approval, Rejected)
Please find the status definition below:
Draft | Campaign has been fully or partially filled and saved - but not yet launched |
Active | Campaign is currently active or going to be be active on a future date |
Paused | Campaign was paused by a user or the wallet attached to it has run out of funds |
Ended | Campaign was manually ended by a user or it reached it configured End Date |
Pending for Approval | Campaign has been sent for approval |
Rejected | Campaign does not meet guidelines and was sent back for further edit |
Listings include campaign name, asset type, status, creator's name, campaign start and end dates, and assigned budget.
By clicking on the Campaign Name, you will be taken to the Campaign Details of that specific campaign, which looks similar to Step 6: Review (image 2). This offers you a bird's eye view of all the details added during the campaign creation flow without going through all the steps.
From here you can also take a few actions. If you have Edit or Admin rights, you can Edit, Pause, End, or easily Clone the campaign and re-use the already inserted data for launching a new campaign.
Some campaigns, like fixed tenancy, will not have an option to Pause because it affects billing. You can only End such campaigns.
In case you have created a fixed tenancy campaign via an account that has external persons in it, they will be able to see the campaign details but not have any action buttons available (irrespective of role)
The Create Campaign button located in the top-right corner allows you to create new campaigns and is only visible to Admin & Editor users. Viewers do not see this button, as their access is primarily for data visualization and report creation.
